The U.S. sales division will be a branch of the UK Company and will include sales and marketing, customer and technical support, servicing and funding to serve our U.S. customers. The U.S. office opens in Denver, Colorado on the 1st of July 2012.

Office Staff
Office Manager
The Office Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the Denver branch of Toby Churchill Limited (TCL) runs smoothly by supervising and supporting office processes and staff, conducting administrative tasks and ensuring that the division offers excellent customer service.
Sales and Marketing Coordinator
The primary responsibility of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is to support Toby Churchill Limited’s (TCL) sales and marketing activity in the United States including answering phones, processing orders, supporting the sales team and coordinating marketing activities.
Service Technician
The Service Technician’s primary responsibilities include responding to requests for information in using Toby Churchill Limited (TCL) products, managing the lending library of equipment, managing the receiving and shipping of goods and servicing/repairing TCL devices.
Field Based Positions (Nationwide)
Sales Manager
The Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is the development and performance of all sales activities in the U.S. Responsible for hiring and directing the product specialists, the sales manager provides leadership towards the achievement of company goals in line with TCL vision and values.
Product Specialists
The Product Specialist’s primary role is in educating potential device users, speech language pathologists and associated care groups and professionals on the use of Toby Churchill Limited (TCL) products in an assigned territory. As part of this role the Product Specialist will develop and implement an agreed upon plan which will meet both personal and company objectives of reaching an expanding customer base.
