For orders outside of the UK please use our list of International Distribution Partners.
If you are VAT exempt (ie. a charity or named individual user) - You can post or fax an Order Form to us. You must also fill out and send us a VAT Exemption Form, please ensure that all sections have been completed otherwise VAT may be added.
If you are VAT registered (ie. a business, hospital or PCT) - Please send an official purchase order from your purchasing dept by fax, post or email.

Returns:
It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to satisfy him/herself that the equipment ordered is appropriate for the needs of the intended user. If it is discovered that the equipment is not appropriate for the particular needs of the intended user, we will accept return of the equipment within 28 days of the supply. If the equipment is substantially unused, we will repay (or credit) the cost of the equipment, less a charge as follows:
Each item more than £500: £70
Each item £250 - £500: £55
Each item £100 - £250: £45
Each item less than £100: £15
